The thickness of this cutting board is nice, and its size is adequate for modest, everyday chopping.
It gives off a very woodsy smell when wet, and is easily marked by even our dull knives, which I'm not sure is a good sign.
I wish there had been the opportunity to choose what name to engrave on the cutting board. Instead, it was just assumed that I wanted the last name that I put in my mailing address.

I ordered this cutting board (that was a wedding gift) with my new last name of Soto. But because it required a credit card to process the order, I put in my own credit card with last name 'Gonzalez.' When I received the cutting board, it has the wrong last name on it. It says 'Gonzalez' when it should have been engraved with 'Soto.' So now it's not useful to me.
