Here at ETCHN we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If your personalized product is incorrect in anyway, or not up to the standard you expected, then we are happy to either provide you with a replacement or refund your order in full.

Customers will have 30 days after delivery to contact ETCHN regarding a return. A refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 7 days.
